I was asked by my agent at The Bright Agency to create illustrations based on the Vice article 'Helpful' Money Saving Tips Are Mostly Bullsh*t by Simon Childs, to develop my editorial portfolio. I've also animated the illustrations as as an option to use them online. The artwork highlights the money-saving myths that frame poverty as a "choice" instead of recognizing it as a systemic problem.
